“Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds” – 2 Corinthians 12:12

While the Denver metro area spirals into anarchy and civil unrest, this weekend marks Pentecost, when the Holy Ghost spirit filled the early christian church. And when the Holy Ghost shows up, there are wonders, miracles, and obvious signs of the Lord’s presence.

Today, pastors from three different churches, Mike @ The Rock Church in Castle Rock, my friend Ed @ Faith ,Bible Church South of Sheridan, and my friend Dewayne from Apostolic Church of Littleton are came together for Jesus glory to participate in homeless camp ministry in South Denver / Englewood area. More than 50+ christians of all ages showed up to feed Jesus lost sheep and pray and heal these brokenhearted precious souls. THIS is nothing short of a sign from Jesus himself that his faithful christian church is alive and well and rolling up their sleeves to spread the gospel good news to the poor, disenfranchised, homeless, and hurting. To Jesus be the glory! – dutch

“These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee” – Titus 2:15

Our new brother Larry came out street preaching today along with my friends Nicholas, Nathan, and Jason. The Apostle Paul’s words to his friend and fellow christian Titus were something Larry and I were talking about earlier in the afternoon…basically, God gave us a mouth to preach about Jesus and set people straight (rebuke & exhort) with ALL authority as given to us by Jesus himself. Our goal as always is basic and simple: proclaim the Gospel to the poor and heal the brokenhearted which was Jesus #1 and #2 earthly ministry priorities as mentioned by Jesus in the Gospel of Luke chapter 4 which in turn was Isaiah chapter 61 prophecy being fulfilled.

The pictures tell the story, ramshackle homeless camps with hopeless souls waiting for salvation. I had to laugh at the fully functional microwave we found deep in a wooded area at a recently disbanded homeless camp ha! We distributed many loaves of bread and peanut butter courtesy of the Littleton Apostolic church and bottles of natural fruit juices brought by brothers Nathan and Jason. We also had a special gift today of banana bread baked by sister Margaret from Antero Junction up in Park County who wanted to send along a blessing to these hungry precious souls. Most importantly we prayed with many, Laid hands on several, hugged many, gave hope to many, gave copies of Jesus Commandments to many. To Jesus be all the Glory!

My old Chevy truck with 430,000 miles on it has finally blown the engine so keep me in prayer for a replacement truck or motor. I use this truck not just for homeless ministry but also for my www.bikeshelters.org business that builds bike shelters for homeless people so I could use some ideas on how to replace or fix my truck. No matter what, I am not worried, that old truck breaking down is simply a chance for God to show off in my life and prove the devil the liar and thief that he is. Pray even more for more souls at these grim homeless camps to repent from sin and get baptized, trucks and engines come and go but obeying Jesus brings rewards TODAY and for eternity 🙂

I pray a special blessing for the faithful Apostolic Church of Littleton who continues to support this ministry and I would also like to give my special blessing to my friends Larry, Nicholas, Nathan, and Jason – love you guys, God bless you amigos!

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” – 1 Peter 1:3-5

Larry C. from the Englewood homeless camps heeded the gospel message and was baptized into Jesus kingdom at high noon Wednesday May 13, 2020. As of this writing on Sunday May 17, Larry has been clean and sober from heroin, cigarettes, methamphetamines, fornication, lying, and all other sins ever since. He’s been born again 🙂 Thank you to Mark Taylor and Chris Peters for helping in this miraculous rebirth and thank Holy Ghost, Heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ for allowing us to play a very small role in rescuing and saving a precious soul into your kingdom. To God be all glory, honor, and praise!

“…and he that winneth souls is wise” – Proverbs 11:30

My friend Brenda from the Littleton Apostolic Church came out with me to go fishing for the souls of men. We had some food, new King Jimmy bibles, and copies of Jesus Commandments to distribute. We visited a homeless car camp in an industrial area and ministered to several folks we’ve gotten to know over a long time. We read and taught about the topic of hellfire how King David saw the souls of men set on fire in Psalms 57:4. We also taught the biblical topic of ancient giants out of the books of Amos and Ezekiel. My goal is get people excited about reading the bible!

We visited a new area of homeless camps buried deep in an urban wooded area near Sheridan and Hampden. We discovered several camps buried deep into heavily wooded hillsides and distributed food and copies of Jesus Commandments. We prayed for everyone, specifically to break the curse of poverty and addiction in these precious souls lives.

Winning souls for Jesus, that’s what this is all about. – dutch

“Wealth maketh many friends; but the poor is separated from his neighbour” – Proverbs 19:4

Many homeless people are typically seen begging for food or money at highway offramps or major roadway intersections. How interesting that generally speaking these homeless people are all alone while the passing cars are filled with multiple friends and family in one car. Truly King Solomon’s words are true to life!

One of the devil’s greatest strategies to steal souls to an eternal hell is to divide and conquer. Wolves, Lions, and other predatory creatures use the same strategy, separate a sheep from the flock, then pursue and harass that solitary sheep not letting it stop for a moment’s rest. Of course the devil himself is described vividly in the Bible as a prowling lion seeking whom he can devour, how interesting!

Now consider yourself reading this as a shepherd of sorts…when we provide food, shelter, clothing and most importantly christian friendship to these homeless people, we are truly bringing physical and spiritual protection to these solitary homeless precious souls. And we are beginning the process of bringing these scattered lost sheep back to God’s flock, and helping save their souls from being devoured by the devil.

Thank you again to Ms Delfinia at Apostolic Church of Littleton who prepared snacks and fruit for these homeless precious souls. As always I handed out many copies of Jesus Commandments and prayed to break curses of poverty and addiction. Please pray for Ms. Tina who is 73 years old and homeless trying to get back east to see her family and these other precious souls I encountered.

“…but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” – John 16:33

The homeless crisis in Colorado gets worse every week but Jesus told us (commanded us actually) to be of good cheer. While these homeless camps universally are filthy dangerous places, there are some really good things hidden if you look close enough.

Take this huge homeless camp on the border of Englewood and Denver, look at the vegetable garden that’s planted and sprouting! You might remember last month we handed out shovels and vegetable seed packets, well…I am happy to report those seeds are coming along nicely. God is making them grow 🙂

I also want to thank Ms. Sandi from Arapahoe Road Baptist Church of Southglenn / Greenwood Village area for the beautiful donation of clean folded high quality ladies clothes and fresh fruit! Nobody goes without clothes or food when Jesus servants are on the job! God bless you Sandi!

“So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the Lord his God” – 2 Chronicles 27:6

The wisdom of this world is that financial healthiness comes from a good job, good education, and good investments. But God’s textbook teaches that financial (and physical) prosperity in many cases comes from simple obedience to God’s commandments.

I drove around after church today and went and used some church money to buy more jars of peanut butter and loaves of bread. I then just drove around Southwest Lakewood & Littleton area finding hungry homeless lost sheep to feed. Beautiful spring weather and many friendly and very hungry precious homeless souls were found and fed. Most importantly, the gospel message of obeying Jesus Commandments and repenting from sin was preached and prayed for. Everyone also got a copy of Jesus Commandments. To God be the glory!

River baptism season is now here, please pray that some of these precious lost sheep would heed the baptism invitation.

“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.” – Galatians 5:16-17

My friend Holly and her son prepared some incredible gift boxes for our homeless poor neighbors to be handed out. These boxes had awesome snacks, socks, bandages, toothbrush & toothpaste, and more. Amazing gift boxes!

Today I had the opportunity to visit some homeless camps I haven’t been to awhile. I took the wonderful gift boxes from Holly and her son with me. I don’t visit the same places on any routine set schedule, I never want these precious homeless souls to rely on scheduled handouts. Anyhow, weather was nice and I encountered many new wonderful people.

As always, the grinding poverty, undeniable heroin/marijuana/alcohol etc life destroying addictions are everywhere. All addictions are demonic in nature! ALL ADDICTIONS are demonic in nature! Controversial statement? Not really. Think about it: why would a human being knowingly and willingly ruin their own lives? Why would a human being knowingly and willingly want to lose their relationships, their money, their health, and their homes? Addictions destroy and steal a person’s life. ALL ADDICTIONS are demonic in nature. Addictions are one of the demons & devils’s most popular tools to kill, steal, and destroy a person’s life.

As always, this ministry prioritizes giving out copies of Jesus Commandments along with the central message of repent from sin. It’s the sins especially the sins that gratify the flesh in the form of addictive habits that this ministry preaches against the most. I also do a lot of praying against life curses and especially the curse of poverty. We as christians NEED to declare war against these demonic stronghold curses that hurt our poor and homeless neighbors. And we need to pray against these demonic stronghold curses to help these precious souls!

You’ll notice the sincere smiles on these precious souls faces. These are smiles AFTER we prayed and they received copies of Jesus Commandments 🙂

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith” – 1 John 4:5

Today is a beautiful spring day! The snow from yesterday is quickly melting, and the spirits of the homeless precious souls in my area are high compared to yesterday!

One of the most concerning things I witness in this homeless ministry is high drug & alcohol use. Booze bottles, heroin needles, marijuana containers litter these camps…very sad. The Apostle Peter admonished christians to “gird up the loins of our minds” and certainly being high or intoxicated on anything violates this Apostolic command! “Be sober, be vigilant, for the devil roars about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour” is how the Apostle Peter finished his command…Peter wants to SAVE US from being devoured by the devil!

Sadly, as this homeless crisis grows and most christians choose to stay at home watching Netflix, the devil is devouring the health, wealth, happiness, and opportunities of these precious homeless souls. Christians NEED to pray and confront and rebuke sin, especially these sins that lead to overdose and untimely death like heroin, alcohol, and meth use. I’m encountering more and more frostbitten homeless people who passed out in snowstorms while drunk or high.

We as christians must understand that we are in a war for the souls of men. And the devil is winning far more souls to hell then we are baptizing into the Lord’s kingdom. But the tide is shifting, more and more homeless are hearing the gospel message. It’s sad to see so many homeless suffer the curse of poverty but trust the Lord and stick to mission….if we keep preaching for these homeless precious souls to confess and repent from sin and truly warn them about hell, we will start to reap a harvest of righteousness 🙂

Thank you to Ms. Benson for driving today around to the homeless camps and special thank you to the Arapahoe County Sheriff deputies we encountered posting eviction signs at the big homeless camps at Cherry Creek Reservoir State Park entrance. Pray for these addicted precious souls to come to their sense while there’s still time for them to repent.

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope” – Romans 5:1-4

Major snowstorm in Colorado today but the worse the weather the more the shepherd needs to tend to the master’s sheep. Pastor Dewayne of the Apostolic Church of Littleton and Ms Sandi Tufts and her family at the Arapahoe Road Baptist Church of Littleton each gave me some money to use to feed Jesus sheep.

I used that money I was given to buy a shopping cart full of peanut butter and loaves of fresh bread. Ms Sandi also gave me a bag of fresh fruit and snacks. Take a look at the smiles of these precious hungry homeless sheep! To Jesus be the glory!

Some of these homeless precious souls are christians and military veterans. Please pray for all these precious souls to receive the blessing of shelter and overcome the devil’s curse of poverty.

We as christians are JUSTIFIED in our faith and obedience to God Almighty to continue feeding and clothing Jesus lost sheep. No virus will ever stop a shepherd from feeding and tending to the master’s sheep.

You keep the supply lines flowing and I’ll keep distributing to those in need, in Jesus name – amen

“Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.” – Acts of the Apostles 5:28-32

Gathering together for worship has been forbidden by various government officials here in Colorado. Preaching the gospel has also been prohibited by these same government officials. But Jesus commanded us to worship in fellowship and go out into the world and preach the gospel. I must obey Jesus no matter what the government officials say otherwise. If I’m arrested for worshipping in fellowship and preaching the gospel at homeless camps then I guess it merely means the Lord needs an evangelist inside prison.

The homeless camps are growing much larger compared to last year. The enormous piles of garbage, heroin needles, booze bottles, and marijuana containers litter these homeless camps. But little by little we are reaching people and seeing the beginnings of a new breed of devout christian believers who better understand the spiritual battle that simmers behind what we’re seeing. The devil is angry for he knows his time is short.

Please pray for Mark and Jared at the Cherry Creek state park homeless camp, these two young homeless believers in Jesus have suffered the curse of poverty and homelessness awhile now.

Jesus blessed these two young men with clean clothes, hot showers, hot meals, new sleeping bags, and new bikes. Jesus takes care of his own working through this ministry. We love all these precious homeless souls but christians will always get preferred treatment. There are benefits to being in the Lord’s family 🙂

God bless you all this Passover & Resurrection season – dutch

“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer” – Romans 12:12

This nation & global virus crisis continues to squeeze the poor like a spiritual python, strangling finances and employment opportunities. But Jesus brings hope to these precious souls.

This world is spiralling out of control daily. Famine, grinding poverty, sickness, depression, and hopelessness are abounding. But in the midst of ever increasingly dire poverty, the Heavenly Father still provides hope for humanity.

I was given $50 in gas station cards $20 cash from the Apostolic Church to use to go and minister to the homeless in our area. $20 buys a lot of bananas, fresh water, and jalapeno peppers! Bananas provide healthy nutrition and energy, and the fresh jalapenos bring much needed vitamin C.

Each of the precious souls I met with at the camps was hungry and definitely hopeless … To each precious soul I met, I read Jesus earthly ministry priorities as recorded in Luke 4:18-19 where Jesus lists “preaching the gospel to the POOR” and “healing… ..not praying but, HEALING the brokenhearted” as his top two ministry priorities. This plus some fresh bananas, peppers, and fresh water bring hope to the precious souls. As always, I give out many hugs, prayers to break the curse of addictions and poverty, and copies of Jesus Commandments…preaching the gospel to the poor and healing the brokenhearted is and will always be the focus of this homeless ministry and praise God he allows me the privilege to be his ambassador here on earth!

I also had the opportunity to give away bike shelter #4 to 50yr old Marco, a homeless marine veteran of the Desert Storm Gulf War. I brought Marco to my house and allowed him to wash his clothes in my washer & dryer and allowed him to take a shower. It was Marco’s first shower in nearly 2 weeks. Praise God I have a home with these things I can supply for Jesus lost sheep! Marco dreams of being prosperous and helping other homeless people, Lord willing I’ll be training Marco to weld and learn how to build more bike shelters. My friend Regan yesterday also spotted bike shelter #1 given to Luther out in the wild next to the river along a bike path in Southwest Denver, so Luther is apparently doing just fine and bike shelter #1 is holding up good I’m happy to report! God is good!

God bless you all out there – dutch
